Main Responsibilities

• Brand Advocacy - Authentic, engaged and active on brand. Positively representing C+C&Co on a multitude of platforms wherever possible.

• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams (communications, design, production) to ensure seamless project execution.

• Open-mindedness in learning new skills that contributes to the betterment of the team

• Producing meticulous and creative outcomes that meet client objectives and needs for assigned projects.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.

• Conduct digital-specific campaign strategy, including, but not limited to; content, and social media marketing strategy

• Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations, such as SEO analysis, and programmatic buying analysis.

• Assisting in internal administrative matters such as: Prepare contracts and process documents, maintain financial control across all sub-disciplines, track vendor payments and variations

• Demonstrable ability to understand and improve existing processes and procedures while assisting in monitoring and report on team and vendor performance

• Supports the tracking of all contracts, renewals and billing for the region
