JTC Corporation is Singapore’s lead government agency driving the planning, development, and promotion of sustainable industrial infrastructure, tech ecosystems, and smart innovation districts across the nation.
We conceptualised and designed the 3D exhibition display panels, interactive graphics, environmental storytelling, and spatial wayfinding system for Punggol Digital District (PDD)—Singapore's flagship 50-hectare Green Mark Platinum smart and sustainable mixed-use district.
Framing Singapore’s Premier Smart & Sustainable Eco-District
To position Punggol Digital District (PDD) as Singapore’s benchmark Green Mark Platinum development, we engineered an environmental visual narrative focused on sustainability milestones. Highlighting core eco-innovations and green spaces covering 100% of the site area—the exhibition display translated complex engineering stats into an engaging public experience.
Illustrating Car-Lite Connectivity & Green Commuting
Communicating accessibility across a 50-hectare district requires intuitive spatial storytelling. We designed high-impact infographic panels that highlighted PDD's car-lite infrastructure—showcasing 990 bike lots, up to 151 EV charging lots, and direct integrations with the Park Connector Network, Punggol Coast MRT, LRT, and Bus Interchange.
Interactive Spatial Experience & Community Wayfinding
We created multi-panel interactive exhibition structures with physical flip-card mechanisms and custom district maps. The experience guided visitors through PDD’s key landmarks—including the 800m pedestrianised Campus Boulevard linking to Coney Island, the 1.3km rustic Heritage Trail, Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), Punggol Coast Mall, and the lush subterranean Digital Canyon.
