The Employment & Lifelong Learning (ELL) Group spearheads innovative approaches to disability-inclusive employment and lifelong learning, fostering a society where persons with disabilities and caregivers adapt, thrive and make meaningful contributions throughout their lives.
As the Group's integrated marketing communications agency, we promote inclusive employment and lifelong learning opportunities from the divisions under the Group – the Employment & Employability Division, Service Development (Employment) Division, Enabling Academy, Service Development (Lifelong Learning) Division and Enabling Village Division.
We came up with communication tactics to convey key messages, building brand awareness, understanding and driving action to achieve marketing objectives.
Fostering Inclusivity through Digital Content
For Enabling Village's social media, we showcased how the space has championed disability inclusion through its programmes and infrastructure. This includes spotlighting stories of Enabling Village's tenants, programmes and community in a friendly and uplifting manner to reflect our key messages.
Creating a Stronger Visual Identity
We developed a distinct art direction for the social media channels to create a more cohesive brand identity and enhance credibility. We also diversified content angles for a stronger brand image, to better communicate what Enabling Village is all about.
Engaging New Audiences
Through our strategic use of paid ads on Meta and Google, we have successfully increased month-on-month follower growth and driven traffic to the Enabling Village website. This involves monthly optimisation of ads setup and audience profiles to effectively reach new viewers, maximising the impact of our digital marketing efforts.
